Walter Williams is a Senior Partner in the Vine Group and has been a  Trustee with Vine and Williams Inc. for the past 14 years.  For him, the most rewarding aspect of being a Trustee is the positive feelings associated with relieving the stress from those suffering under the weight of financial burden.  Walter possesses empathy for those under duress and has a desire to help people, which he believes are the most important qualities to look for in a Trustee.

Henry Vine  FCA, CIRP

A Chartered Accountant since 1958, Henry Vine became a co-founding partner of Vine and Partners in 1965. He has been a Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy since 1965, and was admitted into FCA Fellowship in 1991. Henry is a former board member of both the CAIRP and OAIRP.

Henry has practiced in the insolvency field for over 40 years and continues in the field due to the personal feeling of satisfaction he derives from assisting those in financial distress.

Cindy Warby, Senior Insolvency Administrator

Cindy Warby has helped people in Hamilton and across the Golden Horseshoe resolve their financial difficulties for nearly 20 years.  The first part of her career was spent with a national firm and more recently with Vine and Williams Inc.  Cindy specializes in personal bankruptcy and consumer proposals.
